Solar auto-dimming welding mask is a high-tech product with spectral filtering technology, photoelectric sensors and control technology, liquid crystal light-control technology. Solar auto-dimming filter (short for ADF) applies photoelectric sensor theory which makes liquid crystal change from bright state to dark state as soon as it receives arc light while change from dark to bright state when welding is finished to protect the eyes and facial skin of users from arc light, splash and harmful radiation of IR/UV.

1. Powered by lithium and solar cell, the product can last for 5000 working hours and possesses 15 to 20 minutes auto off function.  

2. Setting adjustment knobs can adjust shade No., sensitivity and delay time. Welding and grinding is also selective.

3. Photoelectric sensors technology, liquid crystal of high quality and spectrum filter provide welders a clear view of observation and effective protection.

4. The speed of filter changing from bright to dark is 1/25000s so that eyes are protected from the harm of arc light.

5.Brght level of filter is DIN4 and the time from dark to bright state can set from 0.1s to 1.0s according to demand

6. The product can use normally under the temperature from -5 degree to 55 degree and can be applied to hand welding, gas protected welding, argon arc welding and plasma cutting.  

7. The design is light and balanced with adjustable headband that wears comfortable and relieves fatigue.  

8. The product meets the safety and technical standard of EN 379, ANSI Z87.1-2010 and GB/T3609.2-2009
